Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a full refund, your order page must show that no downloads have been made. If you have already downloaded the product, we may grant a partial refund, dependent on the number of downloads used.

We can only offer you a refund for digital products purchased on this site. If you purchased through an other vendor (such as Amazon) we cannot provide you with a refund.

Gift cards
Downloadable products that meet your total downloads

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have determined if you are eligible for a full or partial refund, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days based on card and bank processing.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the Contact Us form.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We may grant an exchange of digital products over a refund, if you request it, following the same rules as refund decisions.

Gifts

We do not provide refunds or exchanges for downloaded products given to you as a gift by a purchaser at this time.

Shipping returns

You do not need to ship anything to us, since all products are downloaded. If you have downloaded a product and request a return or exchange, if you are approved, we ask that you delete your copy of the product.
